frontier help

i have just played through emerald and im going to raise a frontier team. im going to use a salamence and metagross but can you guys help me with the 3rd pokemon and their movesets- i was thinking swampert.
And one other question in the battle pike after bout 17 rooms i keep coming to a room with a lady who ends my challenge and gives me one bp. is this just luck and is there any way to avoid it. thanks ;123;

She's supposed to do that! Its bad if she doesn't!
You could use a special sweeper like Gardy but you already have a Psychic type. That shouldn't really matter though.

This belongs in the RMT section, as you want movesets for pokemon.

Swampert is a good choice. I use mine with:
Earthquake
Muddy water
Blizzard
Dive

Earthquake
Thunderbolt
Rock slide
Crunch

Frontier questions in the frontier sticky!

Try Starmie, Sceptile, Gardevoir, Electabuzz, Magmar, Jynx, Typhlosion, Ampharos, Espeon, Houndoom, Porygon2 or Milotic. You need a Special swepper, if you use a team with 3 psychical, with sure Frontier will take a great advantage.

I'd recommend a Blaziken, as he may take care of your bug,normal,or flying problem:
Blaziken @Scope Lens [Adamant]
-Slash
-Sky Uppercut
-Bulk Up (replace it if you want, but I wouldn't)
-Rock Slide (through breed with Camerupt..)
