Other waters may be a problem so I'd say TBolt. May as well keep Psychic since Poisons will pop up more often than they do in NetBattle enviroments.

Focus Evs mostly towards SDef and HP with some in Def and Atk (although ltitle in Atk since Brave gives it enough boost). Tbh I'd say go with EQ, short of Gar and Missy EQ has your back for Ghosts anyway and you'll see alot more steels and rocks than you will ghosts.

Since FP is practically impossible to pull off ingame (due to lack of 'sense' from the comp) you mgiht have to go with other options. 252 / 252 / 6 Spread for EVs

Yeah basically that. About 100 Def EVs, 252 HP, the rest in SDef and Atk as you please.

As an advanced warning on the hold items, because of the severely stupid hold items rules you'll have to mess it up a bit. Lix and Snorlax should never be separated from their lefties so you'll need to keeep the mapart. Mence/Scep could run Lum Berry since they need their speed and Mence doesn't like burn (Starmie has Cure so it can switch out of a TWave), Starmie will probably have to run with a Petaya Berry for a possible sweep at some point I guess...
