Yeah. Ever since finding that shiny Sudowoodo with only a Great Ball and a Fast Ball in HG (I did get it, by the way) I always prepare to find a shiny when I least expect it. The sole purpose of teaching my Politoed Hypnosis.

My first shiny: Pokemon emerald, east of Mauville, a golden poocheyanna, i didn't know a bout shinies, but i knew it was special. I caught it trained it and it was a useful ally, i don't know where my emerald is and will never see my golden mighteyanna ever again *sniff*

Yep! Now I carry 100 of every Pokeball (except premier, that'd be stupid), and my 2 Master Balls I got through trade. So to all shinies, I say: "Come at me bro!"

Ohh, I have a couple of moments like these:
1. I was going into the Safari Zone in Emerald, mainly because I wanted a Pikachu. I knew it would take me a few tries to get... I walk in, and the first Pokemon I encountered was a Pikachu! I caught it, and found out it was holding a Light Ball! I nicknamed the Pikachu Lucky.
2. I was looking for an Absol to catch in that same game. I wanted to catch a male one so that I could nickname him Sirius. So I finally found a male Absol, caught it, gave it the nickname Sirius. Then I checked on it in the PC and guess what? I found out Sirius had a Serious nature! I LOL'd.
3. I was battling Cynthia in Platinum. It was my Gallade versus her Milotic. Gallade used Swords Dance, and Milotic used Mirror Coat. I facepalmed and thought, "Cynthia's the Pokemon League Champion! Shouldn't she know that Gallades use primarily physical attacks?" And then my Gallade OHKO'd Milotic with Leaf Blade.

Lucky - Having one Ultra Ball when encountering a full health Entei, throwing it, and catching it.
Ironic - Discussing the rarity of shiny Pokemon with my younger sibling, literally five minutes later, a shiny Machoke pops up.
Sounds like the kinda crud you just make up on the spot, but to a sad individual like myself they are two of my proudest in-game moments.

Whilst playing SoulSilver one particularly average autumn day, I spontaneously decided that I wanted a Starmie. c: In light of Staryu's rarity, I assumed it would take at least a little while to catch one- let alone one that was any good. I grabbed my Vaporeon, Flew off to Route 47, hopped in the water, Surfed exactly three steps and then POOF. There it was. Needless to say I was quite pleased with my luck and promptly captured the thing. Upon my return to the Battle Frontier, I discovered that not only did my brand-spankin' new starfish possess the ability Natural Cure (as opposed to Illuminate), but it was also perfect. Perfect. 31 IVs in every stat. I swear I almost fainted. =D I proceeded to EV train him and he's been with me ever since ~ <3

Funny, but stupid, but training Togepi, and in the course of 10 metronomes, in Gen 4, got Judgement, seed flare (or whatever shaymins is), sacred fire and ending with Cresselias suicide move...
