Honestly, they're alright, but could use some more work. Charizard MUST be shaded better.

I have no problems with Sceptile, but the Charizard looks like it's squinting. Make the eyes bigger.

Charizard is pretty good, but you seem to have forgotten to outline the bottom of the left wing. Sceptile has double-thick outlines in places on the head, and has no outline in a couple of places on the hands.

As someone else has said, the Charizard shading is abit off.

Other than that the other stuff is qute good!
