Note: 70-80% of electric pokemon are speedy pokemon... having the nature try to boost it some more won't exactly help the other stats which are barely average comparatively. Go with a Brave or Relaxed Pikachu (and let the speed pick up naturally). it's not like me to say that at all, i know natures are mostly random when you catch pokemon in the wild, but there you go... maybe you're into those kinda stuff and i gotta respect that. Note:ix-nay on the double team say...Ok? it isn't too reliable, even in-game...if you want to breed, you can try for, oh i dunno Volt Tackle? Pikachu's attack is frankly pitiful. Pikachu appeals to a speedy special sweeper battle style. i'd have said Thunderbolt, but as you're having Lapras learn that.. ah well. You could try Iron Tail, Counter (from Celadon's dept store tutor) or breed for Reversal if you plan to evolve it to Raichu... but if you don't, well, hope you can get a Light Ball from a friend with R/S/E who has one and doesn't want to use it and teach it something useful like in the defensive sense: Protect (risky), Reflect (not a good idea) or the like, or in the offensive (slightly if anything, like you have a choice) like maybe Toxic, so as to be an annoyer-type that can do some damage even after it faints.

Exeggutor: dunno modest/jolly – take out Bruno and maybe Agatha
Note: (see Pikachu's first note) I hate being picky concerning natures, but it can't be helped. You may not be.
Although, i repeat, natures of wild pokemon are completely random when caught, you could try for an Exeggutor with an impish nature.

Note: Love your taste...Lapras imho is the strongest Water type out there...

This is okay, i guess though i'd recommend Body Slam over Confuse Ray. Your choice though. based on your moveset, a calm nature may be best if you're specific natures. again, it's your choice.

A fighting type will also be helpful against Lorelei. i'd tip Hitmonchan for the job.

well since this is a "rate this" Ill rate.
Its good and u shouldnt have a problem against the elite 4 if u use the proper type match-ups, but i think you should get 2 more pokemon to fill ur team out

I think u should change ur charizrds move set and add more special attacks
(steel wing isnt accurate enough,put dragon claw)

I like ur Pikachu, but instead of rain dance/thunder, put thunderbolt and toxic,but it is ur choice. Evolve it before u face the elite four.(Try to get a light ball)

Exeggutor can be used in many different ways,but u picked out a nice set,just switch poisonpowder by toxic.

Lapras is strong and should clean out Lance,Gary.

Why not add a physical attacker and a pokemon with strong defences.

Yeah, forget Light Ball since it doesn't work on Raichu. Chaos is quite right about Thunderdancing on Kyogre, but seeing as you already used the TM... Also SM has the idea of using a fighting type, but the Hitmonchan's moves he suggested were horrible- NEVER use special attacks on Hitmonchan, especially Pursuit, which is one of the worst attacks EVER! Anyway, I prefer Hitmonlee.

On held items, if your stuck, remember that everytime you go into Berry Forest (III Island) you can get more berries. In case you don't know yet, look on the ground for little black ovals. There may be a berry there. Use Itemfinder for help. Also, you can find berry "ovals" scattered about Kanto and the Sevii Islands!

granted on the Hitmonchan, Good Eye Mudkip. i use hitmonlee myself in FR, and H'chan's special attack isn't too great. pursuit was for ghosts and the Fire punch for bug types although Rock Slide can do the same. Thanks for reading through my good advice (even if the moveset needed work) as well as the bad ones...

Thunderdancing works only on Kyogre.

that's only cuz Kyogre naturally induces rain, hence ther is no need to rain dance.
i based my judgement of pikachu's nature on it's base stats, though i may have been a little rash to suggest lowering speed to raise another stat. gomen asaii. i guess special sweepers are special sweepers for a reason... see ya!
