Fine, focus punch could go over brick break tbh. The spread I would use is 140 HP / 208 Atk / 160 Spd. 370 attack, 336 HP, and 246 speed.

I think the EV spread is wrong.
Recover will be more useful than substittue. I like 401 Hp, Timid nature with 300-304 speed, and rest in defense. TBH, raikou makes a better recipent imo.

If gengar is -Defense, then cbmegahorn will 2hko, while gengar 3hko's with bolt. Fire Punch is semi-rare and no one uses psychic. Plus, stalkcross owns most gengar.
