blazemxx - Maybe you could make an effort to rate the whole team?
Venusaur - Landen
Growth (Cut)
Toxic
Solarbeam
Sleep Powder
Toxic and Sleep Powder are conflicting each other. You can't have two status effects at the same time, and switching out Toxic woul;d result in it becoming normal poisoning. For something like Chasney, Starmie or Alakazam, such status would be fantastic, as it would protect them indefinitely from Sleep and Paralysis. You also have no attacks beside Solar Beam, which also takes a turn to charge, leaving you open to a switched in fire type. I suggest sticking with a standard Venusaur Sleep Powder, Swords Dance, Body Slam, Razor Leaf
Alakazam - Carsyn
Psychic
Recover
Counter (Flash)
Tri Attack
I've personally never liked Counter on Alakazam, mainly because people are going to use such hard hitting attacks on it, that you'll be dead before you can effectively counter an enemy to death. Tri Attack, running of Alakazam's attack which is lower than Ekans', isn't going to do anything to the opponent. So replace both those with Seismic Toss and Thunder Wave
Arcanine - Cole
Flamethrower
Body Slam
Dig
Reflect (Strength)
Hmm, ok. Personally I'd go for Fire Blast, just for that extra bit of power, and maybe Hyper beam instead of Dig. Dig isn't that great of an attack on Arcanine, it leaves him prone to switches like most 2 turn attacks.
Gyarados - Jordan
Surf
Hyperbeam
Blizzard
Bite
Bite is pointless, it's a weak attack that does little other than allow an occasional flinch. The others work fine, but I would suggest Thunderbolt, or even Thunder in the last slot.
Jolteon - Jayden
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
Double Kick
Pin Missle
If you're going to be using a game simulator that doesn't have RBY glitches, or battling on Yellow or Stadium, then I suggest picking either Double Kick or Pin Missile, and replacing the other with Focus Energy. Otherwise, Jolteon isn't going to be able to get the attack up to a decent amount of damage. If you're playing on the RB carts, the Focus Energy is messed up, in which case I would drop both attacks and use Relfect and Sand Attack in their place.
Aerodactyl - Artemis
Fly
Supersonic
Razor Wind
Earthquake
Aerodactyl doesn't learn Earthquake in RBY, and if you're battling competitively with Metallic tradebacks, I expect you to check if that's all right with your opponent. On the other hand, it's other moves aren't good, but then, Aerodactyl really doesn't have that great a movepool. So in keeping with Earthquake, I suggest Hyper Beam, Substitute and keeping Supersonic.
