Whoa, they look wobbly. That means they're hand-drawn, which I appreciate...seeing that drawing by hand is becoming a lost art. How are these done? Were they scanned in, done in a tablet, or something else?

Yeah, baby!
Rough sketch on paper, final drawing on tablet, coloring with mouse.

Does my Lugia pic look wobbly? It's not supposed to. :(

Don't worry about it. Charles Schulz drew wobbly and became a billionaire from doing so. I have shaky hands, so no doubt I have to make very quick strokes or my stuff ends up looking wobbly. Here's what I do: After I've scanned it, I draw it over on MS Paint or GIMP (depending on whether I'm using a PC or Mac) and use the Curve Tool to draw over the outlines. And suddenly, it looks perfect! Voila.

Yeah, baby!
Ok... I'll try. But does my Lugia pic look wobbly? (I could redo it with your method, but I just want to know your opinion.)

Yeah, it does. That's the one I was thinking of when it comes to the wobbliness.
