How many Generation VIII Pokemon do you think are probably gonna get Togetic'd or Klang'd? Is Klang going to become the next Togetic?

Blipbug, Boltund, Rolycoly, Carkol, Flapple, Sizzlipede, Polteageist, Hatenna, Galarian Mr. Mime, Kubfu, Glastrier, Spectrier, Calyrex... They're all crying in the corner now. Sadly we have to declare they all officially have the Togetic-Typhlosion-Flaaffy-Klang-status now as long as no miracle happens in the upcoming special series Pocket Monsters: Aim to Be a Pokémon Master. Is this the largest number of Pokémon to date that haven't debuted before the anime series of the next generation starts?

I don't count movies and specials. It only applies to the main anime series of course.

They really could have just debuted so many of these during the M8 stands like they did with so many others
In fact while these may be the ones that didn't debut technically, so many that did "debut" should barely count, like Flapple and all

Exactly. It is a quite lame way of debuting new Pokémon in the main series imho. Pokemon like Clobbopus, Galarian Darumaka and Flapple indeed. I just can't recognize these as official anime debuts.

It's amazing how we have a series where a major Legendary didn't appear at all.

They barely touched the DLC areas. And now unless they do more world traveling series we may never see these Pokemon until Sword and Shield get remakes, but those won't be coming out for many years.

Apparently Liko and Roy will be traveling around the world in a similar fashion as Ash and Goh did so it's entirely possible that we could still see more Galar Stuff
