The Linoone opens up tons of possibilities. First ofc is it’s not Gen 1 so now there’s hundreds more possibilities.
Second is adding new evolutions to them. Very cool and adds hope for major buffs to favorite Pokémon that were basically useless in every aspect of the game.
If we are going by the standards of Alolan variants (good guess) we should be getting a good amount of themed Pokémon that fit the area (already see that with Weezing) and some random cool ones like Sandlash and Ninetails when of course there’s no snow in Hawaii.
As for themed Pokémon, they need to add some musical themed Pokémon. What about a rock and roll Chatot?

What I'm most curious about is other regional evolutions. Galarian farfetch'd and an evolution is all but confirmed.
However I wonder what other single stage or two stage Pokemon will get Galarian forms and regional evolutions.
For predicting the best bet might to look at what single or two stage Pokemon haven't been confirmed yet.
