Get the SP. It's bigger so it'll fit into your hands more, it can use the GBA link cable, and play GB/GBC games.

Get a GBA SP. It's bigger and should fit in your hands better, you won't have much eyestrain as you would with a Micro, and the GBA SP was recently released with a bright screen like whats on the DS & Micro.

Go with a SP, it's still much cheaper than a Micro.

I say GBA SP. Unless you wanna go stylish or try some nifty features in a few games, the SP will be better. The worst point of the Micro is the lack of built-in Link Port (It got Earphones, but lost what's rather primordial to some games...) and the incompatibility with old GB/GBC Games. Enough cons to get the SP, at least in my opinion...

Go GBA Sp. The Gamboy micro has a smaller screen which means more strain for your eyes. Also the GBA SP is cheaper and it looks like a mini laptop:D

GBA. Actually, I'd take the original GBA personally. The GBA Micro sucks and is a horrible mistake by Nintendo.

People don't want to see a big screen do they?[/sarcasm]

It was pretty much a test by Nintendo, to see if people would by something practically useless, just because it looks really cool. But I'd have to say it's not completely useless, if you plan to do a lot of travelling around, then the GB micro is probably a better idea, it's a LOT smaller, and will easily fit in almost any pocket, without it looking like you're carrying around a brick.

But yeah, the GBA SP is much better in almost every other way. And considering the price of the GB Micro, it really just isn't worth it.

Apart from the fact it's a bugger to hold the buttons compared to the original.

Have to disagree with that. The only problems I had a problem with are the L and R buttons being far too small, the rest of them were fine. And the original GBA has a horrid D-Pad, and the screen is impossible to see unless you're sitting directly under a light.

The GBA Micro is much More pretty and has much more blag rights... But is too scratchable and it cant use Link cables Meaning it cant link up with the 'Cube or other GBA's.

The GBA SP is good because it has a flip down screen (so the screen is protected), has the ability to link up with others, and is backward compatible.

I'll let you decide
