Ok here goes.... My Pokemon Silver game when I save it and then moments later when I turn it on to play it instead of saying "continue" it says "new game" What do i do to solve this problem?

Your internal battery has run dry. Call Nintendo for reparation.

By Reparation do you mean like advice? Or Reparing it? Im not good at this as you see...

With "Reparation", I mean "Replacing the internal battery". However, only Nintendo can do this (except if you know where to buy internal batteries and replacing them without damaging the game). Look at the end of the Trainer's Guide (comes with game) for the phone numbers.
