Game specific attacks for pokemon.

Is it possible to get the attacks on Emerald that you can't get unless you have Fire Red/Leaf Green. What I'm saying is, what if you have a Nidoking in Emerald but you can't teach it megahorn since it can only learn it in FR/LG. Can you use the Move...(I can't remember what he is, you give him a heart scale and he teaches your pokemon a move that they already learned.) to get the move once its passed the level?

no you can´t, the same way that deoxys learn in move tutor and level up the emerald attacks in emerald, the leaf green attacks in leaf gren, Etc...

I can still tade it to FR/LG after it past'd the level and use the move...guy who you give heart scales to(the Kanto equilvalent) and it can still learn the move right?

Correct. The Move Maniac will not pay any attention to which game your Pokemon are from, so they will be able to learn all Move Maniac and Move Tutor moves their species can learn in whatever game you send them to.

it is true but in fire red and leaf green they want 2 lil mushroom or 1 big mushroom insted n there quite rare
