Hi all. We have had reports of member's signatures being edited to include malicious content. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and we can find no indication that the forums themselves have been compromised.
However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.
We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure. -

Now this is one of those times where a layout really doesn't matter much. The content well makes up for it.
This is a bit like a videogame wiki, which I think is a neat idea.
Better layout might be nice, but I like the content he has, which is more than I can say for many sites posted in this part of the forum.
Perhaps he could add some walkthroughs? Videogame lyrics?
Stuff using text would benefit his site, since it doesn't have the most graphical layout.
Heck, I'll help the owner out with some character bios and locales if he wants. I'd love to contribute my own knowledge. ^__^

I am the creator of this site and just wanted to say that if you are viewing it for a flashy layout, you're wasting your time.
The site is purely content based. I'm curious if any of you actually went beyond the index page, because the in depth articles on characters and other things from the gaming universe more than make up for the lack of flashy images etc.
I aim to create a simple layout. If people are coming for a layout then they've missed the point entirely. It's a source of information, which will grow over time to contain anything you should need to know about things in the gaming world. May only contain 56 articles now, but then again I created it less than two weeks ago.
And @ zonic, that'd be a huge help thanks. Anything submitted will help a great deal. I don't really plan to expand on the guide to include walkthroughs and such though. Any songs I include will be ones that actually play a role in the game's plot (e.g. Ballad of the Windfish from Zelda).

Admittedly, Paulus, it is never a good idea to use multicolored text, nor text this big, and text always works better justified or left-aligned so that the viewer doesn't have to search for the beginning of the next line. If you're focusing on the content - which is not a bad thing by any means - then at least make it easy on the eyes and readable. Using valid HTML and CSS instead of tag-soup from Front Page will also make the page load faster, which is essential for any content-based layout, be easier to edit for you, and make it easier to change completely in case you ever get bored of the old colors. Focusing on the content doesn't mean you can completely neglect the layout.
