Games for the PS3

Which game would you get if you got the PS3? I would probably get Lair or Heavenly Sword.

Megaman X9. Sure, it's not coming out for a while, but it'll more than likely come out for PS3. That's the only game I'd get a PS3 for.

If I was going to get the ps3 then I would pick up

-Vision Gran Turismo
-and that fantasy first person shooter game looks interesting

If I were to get a ps3,the game would be the one and only Rayman 4. Nothing else interests me.

MGS4 for sure. Vision Gran Turismo is also very interesting and so is Unreal Tounament 2007. I also want to see how heavenly sword and lair turn out. BTW why can't you guys come up with more than one game on PS3 that interests you. It apparently has the most third-party support and the most announced games. I bet you can find more than one or two games that interest you on playstation and PS2. If you can't your either blind nintendo/microsoft (Although the latter is virtually non-existant on serebii. I don't consider WinterSnowblind a fanboy because he actually owns and plays most of the consoles before he criticizes them, he just prefers xbox over the other consoles. I bet he could find more than one game that interests him on PS3 and Revolution.) fanboys/girls or just really hate sony.

BTW I can find more than one game on every console that I'm interested in. I just can't afford to play them all or own all the consoles that they are on.

Why only one game? Because none of the other games interest me. Project Gotham 3 looks more fun than Gran Turismo. Rachet & Clank and Jak & Daxter don't look like my kind of game, and I've heard bad things about the current quality of Final Fantasy. I hate the stealth genre so Metal Gear Solid is out. I also hate stories were the protagonist is a felon, so GTA is out. I do want to play Kingdom Hearts, but that's on the PS2.

Do you hate it because you just do? Or did you actually play the game?

I haven't played MGS, but I have played Thief and Splinter Cell, and I didn't like either of them. I prefer to play games where I can go in guns blazing and won't die after taking one hit.

You don't have to be a felon to go in guns blazing. Halo, Dark Forces, Metroid, Megaman, all are good examples. I don't hate being a felon for the playstyle, it's who they are that's the problem. I don't want to play a gangsta underground cop-killing crack dealer (doesn't necessarily apply to GTA).

I would get tekken 6. im not really bothered about any other PS3 game that is coming out. That i know of anyway.

I'd get smackdown VS raw 2007 if it does come out but ohh I wish that they would make more ratchet and clank games *crooses fingers*

offtopic: I just wanted to know this because everyone I know say it that the PS3 also has a virtual reality glasses for game play is it true

Resident evil 5 all the way, cannot wait for that game.

Metal Gear Solid 4, no doubt about it.
And also the new GTA game that will come out on the PS3.

Obviously the typical MGS, GT etc but the number of new franchises will be the deciding factor of my decision on whether to get a PS3 or not.

WinterSnowblind's gone? What tipped him over the edge. It's a shame but I'm surprised that he stayed so long

Resident Evil 5 is probably the only PS3 game that has my eye. I like MGS's style but I'm not into stealth games, I don't like sim racers, and Ratchet and Clank is ok, but I could never really get into their games. If Capcom could make effing Street Fighter IV I would be happy. :[

Resident Evil 5 (4 was brilliant) and Metal Gear Solid 4, both look very promising.
