Flaming? If you can't handle that, then don't say anything at all. This is what suggesting Double Team does to us. We go from mild-mannered RMTers to enraged experts. You're suggesting Double Team. You won't like us when you suggest Double Team. :X

This might be useful:

Modest Nature
-Calm Mind
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-Destiny Bond/Thunder Wave

You should stick with the first three moves because they can rip through
just about anything. For the last slot, you have two options. Destiny Bond is if you know you are going to faint. Thunder wave is for taking down sweepers. I prefer Destiny Bond because it gives you the last option avaible if you know you are going to faint.
