if you are reffering to the fact that you thought those pokeys could learn moves that they can't, then you don't have to be a pro to look it up. IMO go with tazzlers suggestions.

if you're asking about tyranitar/heracross, he gets that in the elite 4, round two, in fire red/leaf green. everything else he's gotten since R/B/Y.

???Double team doesn't increase ur speed, it increases the evasiveness of your pokemon, take out it for Featherdance, and Wing attack for Quick Attack.
