yes, i battled my colo team against my sister's ruby, they're pretty much at the same level!
sometimes i win and sometimes she does

I do sometimes. Whenever I'm really bored, I link up my Gamecube to my GBA and battle my XD team against my Sapphire version (The Pokemon on my other games aren't strong enough yet to stand a chance against my XD team). Of course, the good thing about battling myself like that is that I always win.

I used to battle my Colosseum team against my Sapphire team. Colo always won, though.

I've battled my friend's purified pokemon with my GBA pokes and I always win since I breed and EV train my pokemon nowadays. I also know the importance of staus moves, while my friend finds them useless and goes all-out offensive with hyperbeam and stuff... I know about making movesets and about base stats, while she doesn't.

Seriously, her colosseum Umbreon knows hyper beam, faint attack, bite, and hidden power... >_>

The only time I lost was when I puposely attacked my own pokemon, just to be nice and let my friend win for once Believe me, it took FOREVER to knock out my pokemon... and they were all sweepers with terrible defences too!

The GBA Pokemon are stronger because there is no way to EV train on XD and Colo. I've never battled against myself, but I'm sure my Emerald team will win.

Weird...quite a few people have had their 3D game Pokemon win.

Whenever I try it, my Emerald team tears the XD one apart.

I battled my cousin, and I won against his Emerald team with Dragonite and Jolteon.

I often battle between my games, mostly on colo. Normally, my GBA games just barely beat Colo(because that game has the most high leveled pokemon), while they can sweep through XD(because there's one pokemon in the 90's while the rest are 50 or lower). I normally do this just for fun or to see how a new pokemon of mine will look in battle. I plan on one day trading my XD team to one of my GBA games and see how they fair against my colo team. My guess: the Colo team will cream them.
