Not really here.
For people to trade from Colo/XD to a GBA Game, can you use a regualr GBA Link Cable? I never tried it so I don't know ^^;

No, you can't.

You have to use the GBA to GCN link, the one that plugs the GBA on one side, and connects into a GCN controller slot on the other.
