Here's the thing:

1. Dead Link

2. I wouldn't trust a web site that keeps changing the links to their featured Items every 3 seconds.

3. GBA to GBC? Couldn't you just use a regular GBC link cable? That's what I did with my old Pokemon Games once I got a GBA...

Yep, dead link and yep a regular GBC link cable works fine. I've used it...ooh, about 30 minutes ago?

i meant to linka GBA game on a GBA to a GBC game on a GBC link.

There are no games that can use such a link-up, so it would be unnecessary anyway. GBC games can only link with other GBC and older games.
