Gen 1 and Gen 3 Starters

Which Gen 1 and Gen 3 starters did you choose?

I chose charmander and torchick though i wished afterwards i'd gotten mudkip because it's better. However i am getting one from my friend through pal park.

I use all six of them.

But I choose Bulbasaur and Torchic. For a couple of my favorite teams I come up with so far.

Bulbasaur and Treecko, since I didn't choose them in Kanto and Hoenn.

Since I started with Cyndaquil, I chose Treecko and Squirtle.

since I chose Chikorita I chose Charmander and Mudkip : )

I am going to go with Mudkip since Water and Ground makes a nice combination, and I think I will go with Charmander. Charizard was always one of my favorites.

charmander and treecko... not sure why but i think it was because of having meganium at the time so i wanted ones of different type. Wouldve gone with torchic for the blaziken in hindsight though

I think I picked Squirtle and Torchic on HeartGold. Don't remember about SoulSilver.

In SoulSilver version I chose Bulbasaur and Mudkip, and in HeartGold version I chose Charmander and Treecko. I didn't have a real reason for choosing those; I was just in a rush to complete my National Pokedex.
