Specifically, part one will bring back Ninetales, Yanma, Shiftry, Milotic, Chingling and Vikavolt, while part two will have Dewgong, Metagross, Zebstrika, Whimsicott, Espurr and Alcremie. We also have the addition of two new Paradox Pokemon coming today, based on Legendary Pokemon, Scarlet players will get Walking Wake, who's like an ancient Suicune, while Violet players will get Iron Leaves, a future Virizion. The DLC will also include five new legendary Pokemon, including the new trio Monkidori, Okidogi and Fezandipiti, and central legend Ogerpon in part one, and Terapagos, who completes a legendary trio with Koraidon and Miraidon, in part two.

I'm gonna be updating the first post the same way I did with the base game, with confirmed and semi-confirmed lists. No complaints, please.

Hm, I was kind of expecting a lot of talk here. Ignoring that rumored list, does anyone have any predictions on which Pokemon will be in "The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero"?

I think it's worth addressing the elephant in the room. The first two episodes of the new anime arc showed what looks like a baby Terapagos.

I could see the baby Terapagos being the Gen 9 equivalent of Kubfu, you get it early on the story, perhaps once you arrive at Blueberry Academy, and it evolves after you've done some side missions with it.

Since this list includes a lot of Legendary Pokémon, which are traditionally all made available towards the end of a generation, either the leaked list is inaccurate, there will be more Pokémon usable in Paldea without Pokédex entries, or there will be yet more Pokémon content in 2024 that will increase Paldea availability further.

I think it's worth addressing the elephant in the room. The first two episodes of the new anime arc showed what looks like a baby Terapagos.
Or maybe Mario came by and jumped on it.

I'm assuming those legendaries aren't showing up because they aren't getting new Pokedex entries. The list is based off of Pokemon that had deleted entries which indicates they're getting new ones with the DLC, and in SwSh despite us getting all of the Legendaries back none of them had Pokedex entries there aside from those already in base SwSh's data like the Tao trio or those obtainable in the main DLC campaign like the Swords of Justice. So if the Legendaries are obtainable in bulk again like Dynamax Adventures then they'll probably lack Pokedex entries again and wouldn't have popped up on the leaked list as there wouldn't be anything to delete in the first place.

I think that it's actually a weaker version of Terapagos. I believe that Terapagos is gonna be a Zygarde expy.
I’ve been thinking the same thing with the image we saw of it having all of the Tera symbols on its shell being a form change. I mean look at the symbols. They are clearly glowing as if Terapagos is drawing power from something and it’s legs are not present and it’s tail is completely different. But its head looks the same as the smaller version shown in the anime with the difference being the diamonds standing upwards on the smaller version is now laying flat on the larger version’s head and seems to be fused to the shell to make it crystallized and larger than before.

All right, the new Direct trailer confirmed Vulpix, Snorlax, Sentret, Hoothoot, Aipom, Gligar, Poochyena, Corphish and Chimecho for the Teal Mask, and Seel, Exeggcute and Alolan Exeggutor, Flygon, Blitzle, Minccino, Reuniclus and the Golett family for the Indigo Disk. And it also looks like we'll be able to catch regular Wooper in the Teal Mask. If there were any I missed, please point them out.

The new mythical has a 99% chance to be a rooster
I'm not sure if there will be new Mythicals anymore. They seem to not be doing movies anymore, and the movies were the main reason for the Mythicals to exist.

Why r u so f**king pessimistic? No this because this, no that because that, dude im sick of it. Pokemon has a tendency to make changes, e.g. Meloetta is a Mythical but they have no movie.

And Meltan and Melmetal were only ever seen in the anime and never was seen in a movie.

Walking Wake and Iron Leaves were mainly to promote the DLC, which will probably prompt players to catch Climbing Cat and Flying Ferret (funny paradox Raikou and Entei names I made up) or Iron Rocks and Iron Steel (made up names for paradox Terrakion and Cobalion)
