Your pixel-arts are obviously your best area of spriting, and they're really good. However on the Pidgeot, I think the body and wings need a lot more detail.. the body looks like it was flattened out with an iron.
It'd be nice if your Eeveelutions were pure scratched, but good overall design for them.

P.S. I had been doin lots of F.E. sprites before i started pkmn sprites so i was a begginer at pkmn sprites but not at spriting... if that makes sense
