I wonder if there is any link between Gigantamax and the extra big pokemon from the Pokemopolis episode a bunch of years ago. They were digging around some ancient ruins with some archeologists and unearthed several rare artifacts. Ghost Corsola is kinda cool, although the backstory for its species sounds like it might be a little tragic. Goh's reaction in a surprise situation was to throw a poke ball and in this particular case, it worked!
