PICHU with VOLT TACKLE

Go to the Safari Zone located by Lilycove City,the only way to get a rare item called Lightball is to catch a Pikachu that is holding one,this item raises your Pikachu's sp.attack and it allows you to breed the pikachu into a Pichu with a rare move called Volt Tackle.....since you can't use pokmon to battle in the Safari Zone,that means you can't use the move Thift or Covet to steal a Lightball from Pikachu either.Now all you can do is catch Pikachu,and return to your computer P.c to see if any Pikachu is holding Lightball...since Pikachu are rare in the Safari Zone...they bearly come out , this makes it even more harder for you to get a Lightball.So the thing is that you should have a pokemon with the ability Static in your party while going to the Safari Zone...these are some pokemon thats ability is Static :Electrike,Menectrike,Mareep,Flaffy,Amphraos,and Pikachu itself have the ability Static....when you go to the Safrari Zone with a pokemon in your party with the ability Static.....Pikachu will come to you ,turn after turn!!!!!...because they are attracted to your Static ability pokemon..this makes the search wayyyyyyyyyy more easier,now you have about 5/300 chance of a Pikachu holding Lightball...catch all the Pikachu you can..until your Safari balls run out....then go back to your P.c computer to see if any of them are holding Lightball.....i gurentee you that you will run into a Pikachu holding Lightball...but most of your Pikachu will be holding Oran Berries,as for myself i was filling out my second box of Pikachu,when i retured to my P.c computer....two of the Pikachu were holding Lightballs !!!! (so as you can see there is a big percent of chance for Pikachu to be holding a Lightball).So once you get a Lightball,give it to either a girl or a boy Pikachu ,then breed them,once you have an egg ,hatch it and out comes a healthy little cute Pichu with a rare move Volt Tacke that does 120 damage that also hurts the user a little,now if you want, you can evolve it into a Pikachu then Raichu with the move Volt Tackle...but you can't pass this move on to any other pokemon....for example if you wanted to breed a Pikachu with Volt Tackle and a Electrike...because you want your Electike to have the move ...IT CAN'T BE DONE...it only stays in the Pikachu family!!!!!! so now enjoy your Volt Tackle and Lightball.REMEMBER THIS ONLY WORKS IN EMERALD VERSION
