Well, to get out, you need to go down to third basement floor, and go all the way around until you get to the ladder in the middle of the two ladders on that floor. Then go straight down, to the right, and up the next ladder, and then just follow the path. But be ready when you reach the end. You'll have to fight a powerful Wally (I know, powerful Wally is hard to beleive, huh?). As for tips on beating the Elite four- Train some more! Personally, I don't think you're ready with that team. First of all get all your pokemon up to the same level. And then for the Sidney (1st E4 member), use all your pokemon. He has all dark types, but a lot of them are dual types- 2 Dark/Grass, and 1 Dark/Water. You can just use Kyogre or something for his absol and mightyena. Then comes Phoebe. She has ghost types, so get your own ghost type out there, or have Vibrava use Bite. Next comes Glacia. You can have vulpix use flamethrower only on her two Glalie which are just Ice types. Get one of your other pokemon to learn thunderbolt, and use them for her 3 Water/Ice types. Then comes drake. USE ICE BEAM HEAVILY! 4 out of his five pokemon are 4x weak against ice type attacks. Then finally you fight steven. Here's what attack types you should use-
Skarmory- Fire attack
Claydol- Water
Aggron- Fighting
Cradily- Ice
Armaldo- Water
and Metagross- Fire

There you go. That's what I do every time. I hope it helps!

and YES! FIRST POST!

First off, you might want to get a powerful Fighting type (if you somehow stumble across as Blaziken, get it and use it), and also get a powerful Dark pokemon. Second, you should get rid of one of the HMs your Kyogre has for Thunder (and then have the strongest water HM as the main one). Since Sidney uses Dark types, a strong (and fast!) Fighting type can take advantage of his type-weakness easily. For Phoebe, a good Dark-type will take her team down, but make sure that your first move for her Dusclops (the first one) is NOT your strongest attack, she loves abusing a pressure-protect combo which will drain your PP and send it down the toilet. the same fighting type that you have with Sidney will take care of Glacia for the most part, but having a Fire-type backing it up will be a great ally. As for Drake, toss out Kyogre and ice beam his team down, if Kyogre's speed is high enough, you'll wipe out his team before he can even attack. When you fight Steven, make sure that you have a fighting type and a fire type (and that Thunder Kyogre knows will also come in handy since it can NEVER miss thanks to Drizzle) If Steven takes down both of your major types (which should only be near the end seeing as how steel and rock types are usually very slow), then Kyogre is your next choice. if all else fails, use the others you have (the dark-type would only be useful if you happen to have an attack that does normal damage to his steel pokemon)

....And?......
You could also catch Rayquaza to help against Drake. It should be at the Sky pillar, and is pretty much the only pokemon you need to defeat the elite four.

Judging by the fact that Kyogre is in his/her party and it's in the 40's, I'd say that s/he has Sapphire and not Emerald.

Yeah, you should't really have too much trouble with the E4 since you have Kyogre. Basucally get all of your Pokemon to Lv. 50 or higher and you should breeze through.
