1. Please do not PM me asking me to approve a club. We stopped that months ago. Clubs are approved via the moderation CP now. Again, do NOT ask me or any other moderator if you can make a certain club. Your answer will be in the rules. If it shows up some time after you make the club, that means it is fine, and if it doesn't, that means it is not fine.
2. Please do not PM me asking where your club is. Once you make the club, it will go straight to the moderation queue, which again can be read about in the rules. If your club does not appear after 48 hours, assume it has been deleted. It should usually appear well before then if it was approved. If your club was deleted, it means that it didn't satisfy the criteria for approval in the rules, and perhaps you need to revise your club or pick a different subject.
Once more, the club rules are here: http://www.serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=115471 and I would appreciate it if people didn't spam up my inbox with 'where's my club?' and 'can I make this club?'
