It looks good but for some reason the eyebrows look a little of to me. Kinda of pixely in comparison to the rest of the picture. Otherwise its awesome.

It's hard to improve from something that looks like that. The only thing I can suggest is that you can try a little more shading on the gas/smoke around Ghastly.

you can still have shading and keep it cartoony.
