Hello, I was just wondering how early in the game you can get Gible, because on the Pokedex it says Wayward cave, but that means nothing to me. How many gym badges does one have when they can get Gible?

Would it be worth having one in my team. I was thinking either that or Sneasel, but Sneasel has worse stats and moveset imo
