I think that Gible will either:
~Evolve in the battle against Darkrai, be Oaked, and never heard from ever again (maybe a reserve?).
~Good ol' Gibs will NOT evolve, and then be taken to Isshu, where it will evolve once or maybe twice. If twice, it will be a new badas mofukka that peeps gotta deal wit.

I like Gible but unless Ash brings the rest of the team or others pokemons i dont want Gible to come, Aipom had a reason to come(evolution) Gible has no reason, it had some episodes focusing on it, it had two awesome wins and is battling Darkrai.

He will be hunting Piplups at Oaks lab till the next league or whenever Ash uses it again.

Dunno whether it will have a reason yet or not, Isshu looks like its going to break a lot of old things (Joy and Jenny, female Prof), and probably Ashs heart too with a league final loss, maybe Gible will find new evos?

But LOL, love the latter comment, he should leave Gib with Rowan, then every few months, 3 new starters come in, and theres Piplup BOOM.

And the reason Aipom followed Ash to a new region was because Aipom got an evolution and its is very unlikely that Gible will get a split evolution.

Gible will not get a split-evo. It just needs to go with Ash to Isshu, and evolve in Gabite.

I think it's because it's Ash's first dragon pokemon and his last captured pokemon. But I guess it's because since Gible doesn't look like it will evolve soon, than maybe Ash should just take it with him or use it in the Isshu region later on.

Gible should get Oak'd imo. Not only did it get two wins against Conway, it's even going up against Darkrai. I personally think it got enough screentime as of now. I mean those are some really awesome battles in such a short amount of time.

Besides, I want Ash to start completely fresh (besides Pikachu).

Most of a reason to bring Gible along. It's shown great potential. With more training, it will become a first class powerhouse - even stronger than Charizard or Inferape. Ash needs a team of first class powerhouse if he wants to fight in the Champion league in 4-5 years time.

Gible's fate will involve being Oak'd by Ash and never seeing the light of day (screentime) until some point at Isshu's end if Ash decides to use his older Pokemon in Isshu's League or whatever competition Isshu has. So that's about 4 years of no Ash's Gible on screen. I'm actually not surprised that it's leaving along with the other Pokemon Ash currently has. I'm more surprised by the fact that people care that it's leaving. It's just a Pokemon, it never even served a major purpose unless you count comedic relief as a purpose :/

It could do that in a filler saga. I'm more interested in seeing Isshu pokemon than Gible for BW tbh. I like Gible, don't get me wrong, but it's got its time. And I doubt it'd have a split evolution so there'd be no reason to bring it along.
