what is the best place to evs train speed. because in emerald the cave of origin is blocked.

Of course I was going to say the safari zone, because of Pikachu, but then I realized. xD
I would suggest the Sky pillar, for the golbats.
Or perhaps New Mauville's basement. But, obviously, make sure ye are wearing the Macho Brace.

For Emerald, use Altering Cave and defeat all the Zubat there for Speed EVs.

i jus found a good place my self. there is a place in the meteor falls where all golbats and a little bitta solrock cums. u can go there from rustboro. go straight forward. use water fall.

Fast way= Meteor Falls or Sky Pillar (but both are not that reliable)

Slow Way= Altering Cave (slower but more reliable and actually easier to track the ev's)

Like firebird306 said, Altering Cave. It only contains Zubats which gives Speed EVs, so you don't have to mess around running from other stuff.

I usually use the route between maulville & the berry master where there are lots of zigzagoon/linoone/wingull/electrike/manectric while avoiding 2% of the kecleons.
