Hi, I have a jolly vgc 2013 smeargle. I guess it counts as a rare event due to being exclusive to the vgc 2013 championships. I think a rare event equals 6 or 8 shiny flawless pokemon?

I don't have a method to check if they are flawless but I have a range of shinies to offer.
This includes shiny elekid, lillipup, azurill, tranquil which you are welcome to pick 2 of
or one of either shiny blastoise lv100, moltres lv100 or latios lv100.
