Gitch, hacker, or actual time?

Glitch, hacker, or actual time?

When I completed my editing on my most recent post in the Colo./XD forum, I decided to take this concern that I saw after my edit was complete:

And this concern will serve as a warning that whatever caused it should be dealt with by the power of the more watchful people of the SPPf community, who I warn now to take caution, but not real caution until it's proven that it's a hacker: If it is a hacker, then be on the alert for any suspicious activity, and try to report the hacker to the mods if you can, but I'm not a mod, I'm just giving a heads-up on this situation I'm seeing...

Now, here's my concern:

I noticed that something is not right, and thaat's what concerns me. When I checked the forums' time before I became puzzled, the time said there was 10:36 a.m. But I checked the Qwest TV time afterwards, the time displayed there said 10:34 a.m. Does that show that something's not right, or does it?

Discuss this oddity that I may have saw occuring a few moments ago, and be more watchful, because when oddities like that occur, then comes the time to report the cause of it all, and eliminate the cause... If it's a hacker, then I smell a IP ban coming right in the hacker's face, if it's a glitch, then somebody's got to find the gap in between the two clocks, and match them both. But if it's the actual time, then perhaps it's because of the Earth's rotation speeding up to trigger a time gap between the two clocks, and the folks at Qwest need to update their clock...

I apologize if I'm spamming, but I need help to prove whether or not I'm seeing things, or if what I'm seeing is real...

That's the way it's always been. SPPf is always 2-3 minutes ahead of my computer clock, and it's that way for most people's clocks too. It's not a glitch, the clock's just a little fast.

You're worried about a clock being two minutes fast? That's nothing. No clock is the same. If you found two people on the street whose watches were two minutes apart would you scream "IP ban!"? No, the clock here is just a little different, that's all.

Thank you for the possible confirmation of my thoughts. I thought my computer clock was equivilent to SPPf's until almost one hour ago, so I thought differently. Whatever's the problem, now I'm thinking along the lines that perhaps I'm seeing things. Hmm...

And just to inform you, my Qwest TV is a digital clock. And I thought digital clocks match the exact time... Did I think wrong? Please answer that question to make sure that it's not a hacker...

By the way, I remember that when I became concerned, my page stalled, so I opened the same page in a new window, and refreshed again. I remember that in the new window, the clock said 10:33 a.m., but when I refreshed it immediately when I scrolled down to look at my post, it said 10:36 a.m. in the refreshed page. I don't know if it's fast, or something else... So please answer my question mentioned in the above paragraph to confirm my thoughts as either dillusional or the real deal... Because if I think one way, and one or two people disagree, then it may confuse the person involved... I don't want confusion, so I need a large group of people to make sure that I'm not thinking along the lines of hacker, because I tend to think the more extreme, so I need help to fully confirm it... Again, I apologize if I sound stupid, I'm just stressed out over the severity of the issue...

EDIT: Ooh, maybe I didn't know that 2-3 minutes is normal... I thought that the clock was wrong. Maybe I pressed the back button and forgot that I even pressed it. Thanks!

Well, you look at the clock and refresh the page 3 minutes later, yes the clock changed then.

And sometimes SPPf isn't loading and it may happen that some miuntes are passing by until it's actually loaded.

Also, if someone would manage to hack into the forums (which is most likely not going to happen), do you think he'd just hack the forums (or the server, since you can't have any influence on the time minute wise through the forums) to change the time?
