I will go with Yukimenoko because her type combo is interesting and her stats are little better than Glalie's stats, but if you want to hear my personal opinion about them, I will say both suck.

Go! Yukimenoko! It's the best. good movepool, good fast, not to mention it's Ice/Ghost type. Btw, Ice/Ghost removes the Fighting weakness.
