Glitches in Pokemon Trading Card Game

I don't know!
I was really excited when i got Pokemon TCG. It was awesome, and in a mere 3 days i got all the medals. Then the next day i beat the first 3 Grand masters, fought Rod, lost multiple times, AND THEN MY FILE GOT DELETED. I don't know how it happened. When i reset it only said "New Game". My friend claims that this happened to him too. Anyway, any glitches that you've gotten?
