This is a song i penned quite recently. It's designed to be a fast metal song somewhat like those done by DragonForce. I attempted to make the lyrics as uplifting as possible although they do come across as slightly cheesy . I'd be very happy to know what everyone thinks of it. Thanks in advance.

Blades of steel ring out together
The sound of death rides on the air
The wind howls its fury to the gods
We fight the fight that only the brave dare

We ride the wings of steel to the battle in the sky
To fight for the freedom of everyone we fly
Fallen heroes and mighty Gods watch on as we die

I know that this battle may well be my last
But as I fight I see that a new day is dawning

As we fight and die for this foreign land
