Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future

I'm never to sure on this, some websites don't update quick enough. I have 9 7km eggs in incubators so I'm hoping to get a Riolu before it goes back to 10km eggs. Still need to hatch chingling too!
Only plus side was I got another Sinnoh Stone so I got myself a Togekiss. Only Ryperior and Gliscor left and I don't have enough candy for either right now!

Honestly the only thing good that happened today was I hatched a Bulbasaur and got more candy for that. Otherwise, hatched a trapinch and the millionth smoochum. I don't need 160 Smoochum candies, or 123 Trapinch candies.
Yesterday I hatched a couple cyndaquil and was able to finally get a Typhlosion, with plenty of candies to spare which was nice.
I've considered this, actually. Just don't have an ipad or any second device of my own. What sucks is there is a somewhat active community around me, I just don't know how to get in contact with them, being the introvert that I am. Oh well, something is bound to happen soon, I hope.

Today I walked just over 20km and gained around 250,000 stardust. I played from 11am until 815pm. I didn't hatch anything particularly special even though I did a lot of eggs. 3 Heatran spawned between 1220 and 1pm and that was it for legendary raids even with there being 8 gyms. Granted there were a fair amount of level 2 raids, but I wasn't going to waste passes on them. I traded my Chingling I hatched yesterday for Tropius bringing me up to 437 caught. Hoenn the only available Pokemon I am missing is Volbeat. Next Tuesday I set up a trade of my Mantyke for a Carnivine. I will need to walk 3km before 3pm tomorrow so I can have about 6 eggs hatch on the same star piece while the bonus is still active.
I am excited about Groudon coming back, hopefully with Precipice Blades and Kyogre with Origin Pulse. I wish it was for a whole month though instead of just two weeks. I plan on seeing if there are any meetups in my area for Wednesday since I have that day off from work I would be able to raid all day.

I got lucky and found a Groudon raid with 4 people already in it. It took most of the 5 minutes but we successfully beat it. With 12 potential throws I managed to catch it in 7. Plus it was weather boosted and has 2 Ground moves. Now I just need a Kyogre and I can rest easy for the duration of this event.
Was able to take down a Gym today, also got some items and a gift. Also was able to stop by a Poke Stop and get some new research and some items.
Good news: just finally saw a Lunatune

Since my last update I have finally caught my first Bronzor and Finneon, though I haven’t seen a second of either yet. I also finally caught enough Croagunk and Skorupi to register both Toxicroak and Drapion, respectively. Finally, I got a Sinnoh Stone from battling today and used it to register Dusknoir. I think I’ll finally register Electivire with my next Sinnoh Stone... or maybe Porygon-Z...
My new Pokedex total is 399.
149 Kanto, 95 Johto, 115 Hoenn, 39 Sinnoh, and 1 Unknown.

Such a good day today!! Hatched another Munchlax, got another Sinnoh Stone (not enough Ryhorn or Gligar candies and there my last two I need), finally made my excellent curveball which means I caught Celebi!!!! That's all of the Special Research done!!! You think with Hoenn event they'd release Jirachii special research

Was finally able to catch a Groudon today! The game booted me out of the first raid, which has happened more than once (I guess my phone can't handle Go and Discord running at the same time), but I managed to get in on a second group doing the raid. I already got a Kyogre from a trade, so now I'm all set for this wave of tier 5 raids. Hoping against hope that next month will see the return of Rayquaza.

Yesterday I got all the eggs I wanted hatched before 3pm even with having to get my college homework done first. I was able to do 2 Kyogre raids and one Groudon. The Groudon was taken down by just 3 of us because we couldn't get in the same lobby for public and we were all level 40. Right after the Groudon raid my friends and I took a short trip to a place that was hosting a Boulder League Cup tournament. Unfortunately my round 1 opponent was one of my friends I came with. I ended up going 3-1 at the tournament with all of my matches not needing to play the third game since it is best of three. My only loss was to the person who ended up winning the tournament. It will end up showing up on Silph Road soon. I also was able to trade for a Volbeat that day so I am finished with gens 1, 2, and 3.
Today I didn't get to start playing until a little after 3pm because I had car issues the night before and needed to get it fixed. I tranferred a shiny Dratini to his game because I had extras of those lying around. Groudon appeared shortly after that and I ended up catching that one after just two throws.

Added Nuzleaf to my dex today and Swampert. I was holding off on Swampert until the community day but decided to go ahead now since for Cyndaquil and Totodille day I ended up with over 200 candies. Haven't seen any Groudon or Kyogre raids (still holding out hope that id meet a few people doing them).

Caught five Shiny Totodile for Community Day. \o/ Traded one to @bobandbill and we ended up with Lucky ones, yay. Quite happy still.
Tired of anything I need being at a cell phone store. Tonight's tease ala Niantic is a Trapinch. Saw one recently that I wanted to get too, but didn't have a chance. This is getting old.

That thing is a bit rare. I don't have a Vibrava yet and I need to catch some to get that and Flygon. Niantic just wants to make Dragons hard to get. I'd like to hatch another Turtwig from a 5 km Egg so that I can get Torterra soon.
Rare is an understatement. Before the two recent sightings, I haven't seen it since 2017. I just want to be in the right place at the right time for one! Same goes for Chansey lol. Yep. I haven't seen any dragon types in a long time. Hope you can hatch one!

I've barely seen any in my area even though they aren't really that rare during the event. The last time I caught a Trapinch was in July last year.
Ah. At least you were able to catch one. I saw it that time and I had full Pokemon storage. So there went trying to catch it. To say I was angry at the time, would be an understatement.

That was before the event. I did catch another one during the event and it was near my house. I did see another one nearby but it despawned unfortunately.
Ah, well it's still better than nothing. Yea that was pretty much what happened after I got out of the Pokemon screen. Hoping another one will show up before the end of the event.
