I can see where you're going with this deck, but you might want to remove a few cards to make it move faster. For example, why do you have Lilly? You've already got Premature Burial, Brain Control, and Toon World sapping your LP- a weak monster that drains 2000 LP a pop to make it a little stronger is just going to kill you, especially with the lack of cards you have that restore LP.
You might also want to put a few more Toons and Toon Worlds in- that is, I'm assuming the purpose of the Toons in your deck are as Tributes for Horus or at least a stall until you can get him out.

Stick with a theme. Toons, Horus, or Beatdown. Might as well make three seperate decks, instead of having all three rolled into one.

Haruka's Swimsuit- I may remove the toons and Lily. i'm waiting for the POD sneak preview and I'm gonna enter the constructed deck tourny.
Firekero- I only have 2 or 3 toons, so I can't build 3 decks. Besides this deck works pretty well.

Maybe you should take out some of the cards that won't work with your deck. Like DMG, Injection Fairy Lily, the Amazon. And maybe a few others.

The Amazoness Swordswoman is extremely helpful. I'm still contemplating on taking out Lily, as it has saved me before.
