Going Quicky Through Fire with Traded Team?

I'm trying to figure out a way to go QUICKLY through FireRed to get the other fossil and stuff like that.

I have a fully complete LeafGreen and all the other 3rd-gen games, including the Cube games.

The problem is that, unlike R/S, you can't trade eggs over, making a traded team problematic.

Any ideas of how to quickly navigate through a new Fire gamesave?

Catch a diverse team of early Pokemon and trade them to your completed LeafGreen game to train them (Level 40 - 50 should do). Trade them back and, since your FireRed trainer is their original trainer, they will still obey you. Just don't evolve any of them into something that you need the National Dex for.

kinda like above, raise a quick abra, trade over, then level kazam a gud few levels, fin the game in no time
