I don't think you can get on FR/LG but on Ruby/Sapphire:

To get the Gold Trainer Card, you have to use the Wireless Adaptor and get over 200 points in the Dodrio and Pokemon Jump games.

I'll try the PKMN Jump thing cuz the the stickers are really tough to got
