Hi, I was wondering if someone would be willing to make me a Goldeen banner? Normally, I would do it myself, but since I'm pretty stretched for at work, I simply don't have the time. I'd like it to be as small as possible, but visible, and I don't care which colors or pictures you decide to use for it, but a border is a must.

If you could please, read the rules regarding requests in the forum. To prevent on mass flooding and spam, some guidelines have been put in place, they will not however limit you in getting your banenr if you follow correct procedure :)
