Yep, I got them all a long time ago before I stopped playing.

Yea you have to go back to the place where you HAVE to use Cloke or whatever something like that well you have to get back in and go to the room with the Old Man in there thats on the bed and he says to go in the back room and that there is a Monster he Fought a long time ago and it's weaker so you go in to get it.It turns out that it is a Dijin and some you run into in the Wild and if they run you can't get them anymore.What realy sucks is I never got Ivan's Ultimate Wepion ^_^;;

Mmm I love golden sun 1. Never got to play no. 2 .
I quite liked mia and Ivan, as Mia could heal and was important to many strategies and Ivan learnt the best posers to use outside of battle. e.g mind read and reveal (I loved wandering around using mind read)
Getting all the djinn was a pain grr. I never managed to do it.

(P.S. any one else startled by the metamorphing mars people at the end before peeing your pants cause you were down to 2 health. Or is that just me :/)

I really like this game, and I manged to get a copy of the second one the other day. They are both ace.
I cannot really say what my faviourite character is because I havn't been on the game in so long.
Oh, and Smore, that is exactly how I felt. The other day I thought that I would try to defeate the last boss which I had saved before, and then when they transformed I was like OMG. But, I managed to do it in the end. lol

I loved the first one, but never had a chance to get the second.
I have no favourite character.
IMO the Djinn weren't that hard to get. I think I got all but one before I completed the game. Towards the end I started rushing and never managed to get that last one.

I do indeed have the first one, and I loved it.
As for a favourite character .. not sure. I do have favourite characters in Golden Sun Two though, seeing as it has a vast majority more.
I, too, have collected all Djinn, in both games, and I am currently waiting for the third installment.

Ah, Golden Sun, those two games are quite possibly the two greatest games for the Gameboy advance...Of course I have both of them and my favorite character was Alex.

When i beat the game i had to do it with Ivan becasue he was the only one left after Satours and Maribada.Luck me i have a Water Of Life and brang back Issac and I got so Lucky.He had Revive ready to go so i got Mia back got here to use Dew and my team was back.I got realy Lucky that time and my character's lvls where weak here they are Issac 28,Geart 28,Ivan 27,Mia 28.^_^Thats low lvls

The Golden Sun games are some of my favorite all time games.
I've never had any problem with Sataros and Menardi... and the only reason the Fusion dragon was "hard" was because of its Break psynergy, but otherwise it's way easy. It's also quite possible to keep your stats up the whole battle using Luff to seal its psynergy, and repeatedly setting it back. Luff's weilder can also take a turn to do something else by having a slower character summon jupiter the same turn you use luff. And was anyone else dissapointed by Deadbeard? All he had were some strong psynergy... nothing Wish Well/Pure Wish couldn't handle.

That and am armor you probably will never use for being cursed =P The things you find in the path (specially that venus djinn) were way better than the price itself...
I really love these two games, specially the second one (though Dullahan is dissapointing, why would you want the strongest summon once you've beaten the strongest enemy?), some weapons put gaia blade to shame.

I recently got a used copy of the first one, its fun, I liked golded sun 2 moreso, my characters levels are around 50 after 2 playthroughs, and I'm going to go till I get to 99, then do a hard game. I feel that a game isn't complete till you beat all modes.
