You need to level them up alot more and try teaching Ho-oh
Fire blast but keep recover ,go get Lugia that will help and the rest
seems fine.

It's a very good team. I would suggest switching Piloswine's Icy Wind and Powder Snow with Blizzard and Ice Beam, though. Just a thought.

Calm down Rocky, he can always trade over. But it would be pointless to have both Blizzard and Ice Beam, so he should just choose one. I'd go with Blizzard since Poliswine needs help in the special attack stat.
