lol. hypnosis: 60%, CC: 80%.

you could go the pure special route with Surf/Ice Beam/Psychic/Calm Mind.

the problem with surf/ice beam being your only attacks is that it's NVE against almost every water-type in the game. and water is the first- or second-most common type.

Doesn't matter, you'll put them to sleep with hypnosis or outstall them with calm mind while your attacks do more and their attacks do less.

IIRC the only way to get both Psychic and Cross Chop on it is to breed with Smeargle.

mild with that set, dunsparce. and you're right about the egg moves, because the only other pokes that learn both are electabuzz and magmar, which can't breed with psyduck.

Psychis doesn't super effective for much, better of with hypnosis and calm mind.
