Good First Person Shooters?

I just played Resident Evil 4 for the first time today, and I liked it alot. Sure, I still don't think it ranks amoung the best games ever, but I find it to be a very enjoyable game. What shocked me, was that I never liked first person shooters (despite being a serious gamer), until I tried this game (and highly consider buying it now). Even Metroid didn't have me addicted for very long. So I guess, I'll get to the point of this. What first person shooters would you recommend I look into?

TimeSplitters 3 > TimeSplitters 2.

Also, Resi 4 is in no way an FPS.

2 is what hooked me, though, which is why I named it.

RE4 is more like a TPS (Third Person Shooter), but whatever.

Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Not so much of a traditional FPS because of the lightsabers, but meh.

*slaps head* I got first person and third person shooters, confused. Well, I was talking about shooters in general.

Metroid Prime Hunters is good for the DS

I hated that game. It's just so horrible when compared to PC FPSes.

Because it lacks an analog stick?

No. PCs have mice, not analog sticks. Also, MPH's multiplayer areas were all pretty small, even the ones classified as large.

Still though, this is the Nintendo discussion, so you can not really suggest PC games, now can you?

Timesplitters 2 is slightly better than Future Perfect, but Future Perfect has a better story and better weapons. They are both good games and worth it at their current price.
