Good moveset for Blissy?

Anybody know a good moveset for Blissy?

Here are my Blissy's stats:

light screen

Those are moves not stats....
They are all wrong as Blissey has super low Sp. Atk. and Atk......

no, toxic you can put on there sometimes firewater, but ice beam is only OK for the BF, and you need aroamtherapy/heal bell and t-wave.

IVe yet to see a dugtrio in the BF so Ice Beam isnt that useful in-game. Thunder wave is more useful
