good moveset for Scizor and Fearligartr

I was lucky to get silver wind and impish nature for my Scyther I couldn't get baton pass due to the fact they won't give me a female Scyther when I breed.

Scizor , Impish nature lv 38

- Steel wing
- Swords dance
- Agillty
- Silver wind

Is this a good moveset or does anybody think I should change a move.

Feraligatr , Lax nature lv 36

- Crunch
- Rage
- Bite
- Hydro cannon

I can't think of good moveset to give to him. His Attack is at 86 and special on 73. Do I need to give him any defensive attacks since his special defense is poor at 59.

Scizor is fine, although passing to gatr would be sweet I guess.

Scizor is okay, though, I find this effective...
