Good Multiplayer Games

I was think of look for some multiplayers games for my Nintendo Gamecube, so I wanted to asked, does anyone know some good multiplayers for the Gamecube?

Also, are there any multiplayer games for the Microsoft Xbox?

Um, Zelda Four Swords, and some Bomberman game are an obvious few that come to mind...

Although, Four Swords requires GBA / GCN cables and individual GBA systems. I think.

SSBM is THE best, if every player has a GBA you could get final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, LoZ four swords adventures, Mario Party 5, 6, and 7 are all great multiplayer games (yes, it is named party for a reason), Mario Power Tennis is also good. Mario Kart DD is also a good multiplayer game. DDR mario mix is also okay, but I would recomend the above games first. You just can't go wrong when you add Mario to Multiplayer (Mario+Multiplayer=FUN FUN FUN!)

As for xbox, the only game that I can think of is halo, but then again, that is the only xbox game that I have ever played (well, I also played DDR, but that's it)

Yes mario+people=fun but mario+roy beating him up+people=more fun :)

DD is good but the carts are way to slow for my tastes.

Super Smash Bros. Melee, IMO, is the greatest multi-player game of all time. I've had it for two years now, and I still haven't grown tired of it.

Mario Kart: Double Dash comes in second place. All Mario Kart games are fun, and this is no exception.

I have all of those games and they are fun as hell.

Fighting and Party games are always good for multiplayer.

Super Smash Bros. Melee
Def Jam: Fight for NY
Mario Party

I haven't played many Xbox games, but from what I've played, I really like:
Halo 2
Street Fighter Anniversary Collection
Marvel vs. Capcom 2
Konami vs. SNK EO

The last three previously existed as arcade games, so if you know of an arcade with any of those games, then just play it there.
