I was wondering if someone could tell me the best natures for:

Gardevoir, Ninjask, Aggron, Camerupt, Wailord and Tropius.

no. Its fast enough already

No, because Ninjask has Speed Boost and outspeeds everything without Jolly. Adamant lets it kill Aerial Ace/Silver Wind if it can OHKO them.
