Good Sweeping Gardevoir?

Xtra

You will be missed:(
Now, obviously, I don't have this pokemon yet (If you look at my sig, you'll see that she's only a Kirlia. And no, she hasn't been bred yet either.), but I plan to give it this moveset:

Gardevoir @ Leftovers
Modest
252 Speed/252 Special Attack/6 HP
Trace

-Calm Mind
-Psychic
-Will-O-Wisp
-Thunderbolt

Your thoughts or suggestions?

Of course, WOW burns 100% of the time. I'm using it as a way not only to inflict extra damage each turn, but also to cut the attack of physical attackers(Gardevoir's main weakness).

ummm... it only has a 10% chance of burn, its mostly just used to kill metagrosses and other steel pokemon

Fire Punch has a 10% chance of burning, but Will-O-Wisp has 100%...when it hits (75% accuracy). The only reason Will-O-Wisp is there is to burn the pokemon.

If I wanted to cause fire damage, I would use Fire Punch. But I wasn't looking to cause fire damage, I was just looking to burn the opponent.

That set you posted is standard I believe (except for the EVs)
WoW is good for catching physical sweepers, effectively reducing their attack while you boost your specials

Well, this is ingame, so it really depends on what you're using it for. In the battle frontier, I could see you wanting will-o-wisp. If you're just playing through the game and that's it, you want to be able to kill things in one turn, so it's not that useful there.

Gardevior doesn't make a good sweeper.

It usually uses a more defensive set with like 152 vs in defense, somewhere around 208 speed (stat), maybe 301 hp, and rest in specials.

Your set is fine.

EVs, ability, and nature:

Timid Nature @Leftovers
Ability: Trace
EVs: 108 HP / 200 Spd / 168 SAtk / 32 SDef
